Neither Wells Fargo nor Zelle® provides purchase protection for payments made via Zelle®—for instance, if you do not receive the item you paid for or if it does not match the description or your expectations. Payment requests to individuals not already enrolled with Zelle® must be sent to an email address. To send or receive money with a small business, both parties need to be enrolled with Zelle® through their financial institution’s online or mobile banking platform. How Do I Access My Wells Fargo Accounts Online?


You can log in from your desktop or mobile device. After enrolling, you’ll get an email confirmation, and then you can sign in to manage your accounts.

What Should I Do If My Password Is Suspended?


For your security, we may suspend your access to Wells Fargo Online. To regain access, you’ll need to set up a new password. For added security, we also suggest changing your username after you sign in. If you don’t have the necessary information to create a new password through Wells Fargo Online, please contact Online Customer Service at 1-800-956-4442.

How Do I Change My Username And/Or Password?


Log in, and select Change Username or Change Password from the menu. Create a unique username and password for Wells Fargo Online that you haven’t used elsewhere. We recommend memorizing your username and password instead of writing them down.

How Can I Change Or Add Another Email Address, Phone Number, Or Mailing Address?


Just log in to Wells Fargo Online® and go to Update Contact Information to check your email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses.

For those who receive electronic delivery of brokerage statements and documents, you'll need to log in to Wells Fargo Online. Click on the Brokerage tab and go to Document Delivery Preferences under Customer Service to update the email address for your notifications.
